Important! If you are planning to hire someone claiming to have worked or recieved training from us, please read the policy information given below as it is very important for your organization.

In the wake of recent incidents of propsective employees showing fake experience or mis-representing about their work, RiG Services has taken some stringent measures in this regard for the benefit of employers and employees and larger benefit of industry and professionals which suffer due to mis-conduct of a few mis-guided people.

For Employers: If you are a company or institution who is considering hiring a prospect who claims to have worked with RiG Services or recieved training from us, irrespective of the documents submitted to the effect, we request you to contact us for verification through website or email hrm at rigindia dot com. It is advised not to rely on unverified documents, reference, contact details or claims and request you to contact us immediately on slightest doubt. We assure you of our sincere co-operation in the matter and appreciate if some former employee is found suitable for your organization.

For Employees/Trainees: If you have previously worked with us or attended training programme conducted by us, and desire to represent the same in your career reference or for soliciting employment, it is mandatory to inform RiG Services with complete details of such representation in advance. Any mis-representation or mis-use in any manner [like fake or incorrect work, training, fee or salary] of your association with RiG Services will be strictly dealt with and legal action will be taken including barring from future employment, reporting to authorities and IT companies' association, criminal proceedings and claim for damages will be undertaken against such person. All former employees and trainees are advised to contact and consult RiG Services before any such representation.

For New Prospects: All applicants must clearly note that it is compulsory to provide verifiable reference and submit documents and undertakings related to background verification accompanied by indemnity. Failure to do so will result in rejection of your application.
